George brings more than 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, where he has led internationally branded hotels and resorts, and played an active role in driving business growth and enhancing service standards across Indonesia, Australia, and the Asia Pacific region. This appointment marks George’s return to Wyndham Surabaya City Centre, having previously served as the hotel’s General Manager in 2017. He has also held leadership positions at several properties, including Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang, Club Wyndham Dunsborough, Ibis Styles Tall Trees and Eaglehawk, Mantra Traralgon, and Acacia Hotel Services. George’s experience also includes overseeing hotel operations for major international events, including the 2018 Asian Games, state visits by heads of government, and ASEAN-level meetings.
